TESTIMONIALS

Dear Mike,

I would like to take a few moments to thank you for the courtesy, professionalism, and good nature that prevailed throughout the renovation you performed on my house at Shady Path in Mount Sinai.  Your crew? The best. Your foreman, Chris?  A gem.  He is soft-spoken, respectful, and a Jack of all trades and a master of them all.  The trades people you brought into my house? Every bit as terrific. Mike, you have surrounded yourself with quality people. Talented, trustworthy, and, oh so good at what they do.

In my 64 years I’ve had several houses built. Several renovated. But never had such a fine experience. I’m concerned that if you show this letter to anyone, they might not believe it. It kind of sounds like a paid testimonial. But it is all, in fact, true.

It is no fun playing the renovation game. But you and your guys made it as seamless as could be.  You were there everyday. You called every
night. You saw the job to its completion without any loss of energy or motivation. That is rare. Most in the business start strong and fade fast. Not you.

Thanks for all the good work. Right down to the last detail.

Best regards,

P.S.

Dear Mike,

You and your crew have literally changed my life experience at my beach house. You are incredibly responsive and the quality of work is unsurpassed. But the best part is the attitude and kindness you and your team show whenever I have an issue.  A strong shout out to Bryan Ortiz my foreman. Thank you for all of it.

Warmly,

To Whom It May Concern:

I have been working with Mike Burner, owner and operator of Elderco Construction for years. He is on my preferred contractor list and has been for some time. The reasons are simple:

1. His pricing. I have always found his pricing to be very competitive, which is great, when you consider the quality of the work that his company produces.

2. One of our projects on Dune Road is a classic example of why I like working with Elderco. The design was very detailed. Elderco came in at a very reasonable number, and (which was important to us as the architects) we did not receive any phone calls, (during the bidding period, or after the construction started) trying to remove details from the project. I appreciated that fact, because these details were already in Mike’s base number for the project. Other contractors who bid the project, who came in at a higher number, were trying to remove details to make their number(s) more palatable.

3. Mike deals with bumps in the road in a very calm and professional matter. Every project will have a bump in the road, or an unforeseen issue that develops. It is resolved with no fanfare and no attempt to extract more funds from the client.

4. His sub-contractors (framers, plumbers, electricians) have done nice work for my clients.

In conclusion, I have and still refer Mike Burner to construction work, and will continue to do so.

Thank you.

Dear Mike,

Maureen and I wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying the house. It is hard to believe that we started the project just a little over four years ago.

We've been involved in a number of substantial renovations, and you and your team were the best to work with - all the way from the demolition until we finally turned the key in the door in less than nine months!

Also your prompt response to any glitch that pops up is truly appreciated. We have referred you to others and will continue to do so.

We wish you continued success.

Sincerely,

G.L

Dear Mike,

Your gentleman was here to clean up all of the trim and gutters. He did an absolutely fabulous job and I am just so pleased! He worked very hard and did terrific work.  I look forward to the rest of my jobs being done.

Thank you so much!
